Heavy Metals Damage The Body
Updated: Nov 22, 2022
Heavy metals can take a massive toll on your body, health and well-being. Heavy metals first enter your bloodstream when exposed to farmed fish, environmental pollutants, tattoos, certain vaccinations, contaminated water, dental fillings and household products. Heavy metals, such as mercury, nickel, uranium, cadmium, lead and aluminium, can imbed themselves into our central nervous systems and bones, accumulating for years and can slow you down mentally and physically. They are suspected of triggering dangerous conditions like heart disease, thyroid problems, dementia, neurological conditions, Alzheimer’s, depression, anaemia, autism, infertility and birth defects.
THE BENEFITS OF HEAVY METAL TESTS
It is crucial to test for heavy metal exposure because toxic metals can cause serious damage to the body and affect every organ system. This contributes to the brain, nervous system, immunity, auto-immunity, cardio-vascular and hormone problems. In fact, heavy metals may be a major factor in diseases and illnesses.
WAYS TO REMOVE HEAVY METALS FROM THE BODY
The process below takes 3 MONTHS, and it helps remove heavy metals such as mercury, nickel, cadmium, lead, uranium and aluminium from your body. Before starting, keep a log or a calendar and tick off the days to ensure it is done correctly. Come to 360 Wellness Hub to do your bioresonance scan before starting the program.
1. Chelation
The most common way to remove toxins from the body is through chelation. Chelation therapy is a medical procedure that involves chelating agents to remove heavy metals from the body by binding to heavy metal toxin ions and allowing them to be dissolved and excreted in the urine.
2. Cilantro & Chlorella
A more natural way to detox the heavy metal is to combine cilantro and chlorella. Cilantro is good, but to increase the effectiveness of the heavy metal detox, it is best to use it in conjunction with chlorella, a kind of green algae, and together they act as s perfect tool for body detoxification. The leaves of the cilantro plant have potent anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antifungal, antimicrobial, and significant chelating properties that bind to heavy metals removed from the body through our excretory system. Chlorella with cilantro needs to be taken 3 times a day for up to 3 months. Various studies show that heavy metal chelation using cilantro and chlorella can naturally remove an average of 87% of lead, 91% of mercury, and 74% of aluminium from the body within 45 days.

HOW DO I CHECK IF I HAVE HEAVY METAL POISONING?
Blood Test. Doctors can usually check for heavy metal poisoning with a simple blood test known as a heavy metal panel or metal toxicity test. The laboratory turnaround time for this test is 8 working days. To do the test, they’ll take a small blood sample and test it for signs of heavy metals. If you have symptoms of heavy metal poisoning, but your blood test only shows low levels, your doctor might do some additional testing.
Bioresonance Test. Another way used by functional medicine doctors is bioresonance. Bioresonance is non-invasive, and it gives a good indication of the results. Results are often immediate.
